Exchange Policy

  • Size Issue: Exchange is available within 5 days, subject to the requested size being in stock.
  • Quality/Fit Issue: Exchange is available within 5 days if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Please Note: Returns are not accepted for size or quality/fit-related concerns. Only exchanges will be provided for these reasons.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

In such cases, our team will arrange the return and provide a replacement or refund after verification.

Conditions

  • The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
